To practice the hydro, it is better equipped for a minimum of safety equipment: a float, helmet, lifejacket, wetsuit clothing or a combination, palms ... The purpose of maneuver is to slide provided with all these elements in the rapids a river and to avoid pitfalls to reach port. It goes without saying that this sport needs to have some knowledge of swimming to be in excellent physical shape and have a little adventurous side.
